This is one of my favorite new stores in the highlands!! The owner is an incredible woman, she has the coolest stuff and always makes me feel so welcomed. I love the vibe of the shop too, there is always something new and funky every time I go in, so I never leave without making a purchase ❤️ Go check out The Groovy Aura, you’ll be so glad you did!

A cute little woman owned vintage shop with a lot of carefully curated and unique pieces including clothing, shoes, jewelry/accessories, and other miscellaneous items. Was a very welcoming and safe space to spend an afternoon!

Absolute favorite store in the highlands! Sad I moved far from there because going into the Groovy Aura was a magical experience for me each week. Everything is so unique from zodiac necklaces, angel # knuckle rings, vintage sunglasses to designer handbags, even cool bath mats! You never know what you’re going to find each week. Also not discriminating to plus sizes which was a benefit for me. I definitely can’t find such a variety anywhere else. The owner, Olivia is also a person worth meeting. She has so much knowledge of fashion and even creates her own clothing and jewelry in the back. If you’re in Louisville do yourself a favor and stop by this gem.

super cool selection of vintage clothes, accessories, and general knickknacks! i also enjoyed the selection of local art, plus they had the cutest little cat who came up to greet us. all-in-all great place, will be stopping by again!

unique items, good for gifting! when you compare prices to other local places like vintage banana, you definitely get a better bang for your buck. you can also tell the owner loves not only selling unique pieces, but creating cute things as well! there were lots of really cool mystery jewelry boxes with pieces inside that you could buy to gift to someone

The Groovy Aura is truly one of a kind in Louisville! I remember a few years ago whenever I came here for the first time I was in love with the selection and everything about the store. Before, I had just been to Vintage Banana and Vintage Vibe. I wasn’t impressed by those because they were overpriced and nothing about them stood out…. But once I came to the Groovy Aura I was impressed. Finally something unique in the city. This store IS the spot for vintage clothes, regular/ trendy clothes, jewelry, antiques , etc. I told all of my friends about it and took some of them here. Once my friends went, they felt the same way because there’s just no other store in the city that compares. The owner has always been welcoming when me or my friends are shopping here. It’s a safe spot for women to shop and just be themselves.

I’m OBSESSED with Groovy Aura! This beautiful local shop is a vintage lover’s dream with retro clothing, unique thrift finds, handmade jewelry and the cutest trinkets you didn’t even know you needed to have in your life!!!!! it’s impossible to walk out empty-handed. The vibe is so warm and cute, and everything is with such a creative and nostalgic touch.

We were in Louisville for a few days and this was one of the highlights of our trip. Mariana, Mariela, and Olivia were so amazing and helpful. Friendly staff, affordable prices, and gorgeous clothes and accessories. I love that I can look through curated items and that anything I buy from them is eco-friendly thrift. LGBTQ+ friendly and woman owned too!! Shop cat was just an added bonus. Next time I’m in town I won’t miss a visit!
